Memory Lane Monday: Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

Have you heard about the new format?

Memory Lane Monday will now consist of five simple questions I will answer about a book I haven't reviewed. Most likely this will be books that have been out for a year+ or novellas that I feel are too short to dedicate an entire review to.

So, without further ado, let's get started!

~~~~~
This week's Memory Lane Monday is....
Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell
1) You've got five words! Describe the book!
The love story of misfits.
2) Pick a quote. Any quote.
“Holding Eleanor's hand was like holding a butterfly. Or a heartbeat. Like holding something complete, and completely alive.”
3) Hit, Miss or Meh?
HIT! I was skeptical going into this book because I've heard SO MANY GOOD THINGS, that it made me question how a book could be so awesome.  I'll admit, it's not my ALL TIME FAVOURITE YA contemporary, but it did touch me!
4) Best or Worst Quality...
Worst Quality: Its incomplete ending....there were too many strings let loose for my liking.
5) Most Memorable Character...
Eleanor. She's a character that I think anyone can relate to in some way.  Plus, she's got really cool hair....
Reading Eleanor & Park has made me determined to read Fangirl this summer! It too looks adorable and I keep hearing people tell me that this is a book I MUST read. Have you read Eleanor & Park? What were your thoughts on it? Be sure to let me know in the comments below! Keep Reading!
Your Y.A. Bookworm,
Caitlin <3
